The Parliamentary Politics of America’s Hat (i.e. Canada)

For those not in the know I’ve been in Calgary all week for a project with our partner Splunk for iStockPhoto.com

On the news every night here has been the Prime Minister of Canada trying to keep his job in light of waning support. Today he suspended Parliament in order to avoid a vote of no confidence that would kick him out. This is just 2 months after being re-elected, mind you.

Luckily I get out tomorrow, before the US invades to restore democratic rule.
