Still on track. I had some trouble, but I was actually good with both sets.
Pushups: 22, 30, 20, 20, 28+5
Situps: 33, 42, 30, 30, 45+5
Pushups are still feeling good. I was definitely a little more tired during the second set of 20, but the last set was under control. I even did extra situps today. I’m amazed. I didn’t think I’d make it through the set of 42 let alone get up to 50.
I did a set of sledging yesterday evening, but the HRM battery died mid set. I did 4 intervals and felt good.
