Going to continue the night exercise this week. Sledging was extra hard today.
I decided to do a few minutes warm up to get my heart rate above 100bpm before starting. This seemed to help a little, though I barely got my heart rate above 140 in my first set, so I decided to ramp it up. On my third set I did 15 reps per motion. I continued this with the fourth set. And on the final set I did 20 reps per motion. This was super hard. I will have to do this more methodically rather than just on a whim next time. My arms are still tingling.

Set 1 – 5:42 – 8 lbs – 10 reps – 114 bpm
Set 2 – 6:54 – 6 lbs – 10 reps – 129 bpm
Set 3 – 6:14 – 8 lbs – 15 reps – 143 bpm
Set 4 – 6:02 – 6 lbs – 15 reps – 147 bpm
Set 5 – 8:65 – 8 lbs – 20 reps – 150 bpm
Cooldown back to 100bpm – 12 minutes
Tomorrow is Day 2 of Week 5 for hundred pushups and two hundred situps challenges. Still on course.
