A day late, but I didn’t miss any.
Pushups: 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22, 45+0
Situps: 30, 30, 36, 36, 27, 27, 33, 70+0
You’ll notice there are more sets this time through — the plan has more sets but fewer reps (except for the last one) I’m not sure if I like this better. Situps were *very* hard this time. If I complete tomorrow’s set I’ll do over 200 pushups and 300 situps. We’ll see.
