Did a full set ascending 10-15 reps alternating 6 & 8 lbs last night. I had my HRM on, but despite the workout it reported I never got above 130 bpm which is weird. I did feel kinda slow in moving through it and didn’t feel that tired, but I should be pushing 140 and even higher on average. I’ll give it another try Friday and really push myself to go faster.
