Ran another quickstyle set today; this will definitely be my regular method. It’s the normal set of sledging with a warm up of planks and as little rest as possible. I had an average heart rate of 137 with a max of 163. My final interval’s heart rate average was 151. Total time was 36.47 which was 4 minutes slower than last time’s. I think I want to target an average heart rate of 140 so I should probably try to stay under 35 minutes a workout. We’ll see what happens Friday.
