Didn’t do the workout yesterday so I gave it a good run today. Warmed up with PB&J and did the set with the 8lb and 10lb hammers. Uncharged HRM so no hard numbers, but I finished in about 30 minutes- maybe a little longer. That’s right on target. The tiredness was also right on target, so I have a feeling the HRM numbers would be ok. I’m going to push through it and try it tomorrow, so will continue to have three workouts per week.
