Monday Sledging

Back on track to three times a week. I duplicated the set Friday adding more burpees. Normal warmup with PB&J then normal ascending set 10-15 reps with 8lb and 10lb hammers but I added a 5-count of burpees after every interval to keep heart rate up. HRM says average of 138bpm max of 156, time was 31:25. I just realized the 15-count during the warmup plus the 6 sets of 5 after every interval is 45 burpees per workout which is insane. I think the most I’ve done in one string is 25. I may increase the number I do to ramp up the difficulty a little.
