Still on target for 3 times this week. Did the normal PB&J warmup with the ascending 10-15 set alternating between 8lb and 10lb hammers and with a 5-count burpee set after every interval for a total of 45 burpees (including warmup). Finished in 32:04 which is right with the recent additions and HRM says average of 142 bpm and max of 159. I think the average should have been a little higher but the HRM strap was not correctly set up after the burpees when I started the first interval so my first interval average was low. I am noticing more torso, shoulders, and arm soreness, probably from the burpees though it hasn’t really affected my heart rate. It’s keeping up the average, so that’s good for now.
