Made it through today’s routine well. 25 kettlebell swings, PB&J warmup, 10-15 ascending set with 8&10lb hammers and a 5-burpee set after every interval. HRM says a much better 30:13 (was doing 31+ minutes for the last few sets) and average 148bpm and 164 max. Minimum heart rate was 136bpm so I was zone 3 and up. Nice and tough. One more day this week, and it will make 8 weeks straight of consistent workouts. Gotta get there!
