Friday Sledging!

25 kettlebell swings, PB&J warmup, 10-15 ascending set with 8&10lb hammers 5 burpees after every interval. HRM says workout time of 30:43 and average of 145bpm and a max of 160 which works well enough.

The big deal is that makes 8 weeks of sledging three times a week! I deserve a burger…er something tasty and healthy. Maybe a turkey burger.
