Last week I couldn’t sledge it after I injured my shoulder so I took a few days off to rest. I pushed it hard today, but I decided to only do 4 out of the 6 intervals; I’ll work #5 in next time and be back to full strength by the last one this week. HRM says I finished in 18:39 with an average of 144bpm and a max of 160. Those numbers are very good, so I was definitely on pace, but I want to make sure my shoulder stays ok, so I’m not pushing it.
Weightwise my Monday numbers were good. I lost another pound and change and the tiniest bit of body fat %, so I did ok despite only working out about one and a half times. Let’s see if I can keep it together on Thursday.
