Tuesday was recovery, today was back on target f’reals, y’all.
Ahem.
Did the normal full warmup and workout, and everything’s in its right place. HRM says I finished in a good 29:43, and I had an average of 154bpm and a max of 174. Best numbers in a good while. Good chart, too, every interval built on the next. Minimum heartrate was only in zone 2 (below 133) to 131 for a few seconds, and I was in zone 5 (above 170) for a good two minutes over a couple intervals. I’ll hit it hard again on Saturday.
