Another week down. Only did a 5-interval set today, was feeling more tired than usual, and I didn’t want to push it. I finished in 24:50 with an average of 145bpm and a max of 162. It’s not bad, though it’s not the full set. I’ll have to exercise earlier in the day or maybe have some coffee or sugar to stay energized.
I also did a set on Thursday but I didn’t write it up. That one was pretty good finishing in 28:45 with an average of 152bpm and a max of 170. Just gotta stick through the week, and I should be fine.
