This is day one of my food diary. Not sure how long I can keep this up for, but I will give it a try.
Breakfast
2 eggs fried over easy
1 oz smoked salmon
1 thin slice of sourdough
1/2 mango
coffee (Barefoot La Gloria)
Lunch – Salad
5 oz (!!) spinach + arugula mix (organic girl brand)
4 slices ham (easter leftovers)
Dinner – St. Johns Beg For Mercy Cheesesteak lettuce wrapped
2 servings lettuce (approx)
1/2 cup serrano peppers (HOT)
2 slices pepper jack cheese
6 oz sliced steak (approx)
16 oz beer (Racer 5 IPA + some of Julie’s Anderson Valley Summer Solstice)
Fitday entry
Servings of fruits and vegetables: 7 (great! want 5+)
Calories: 1381 (kinda low but ok, want to average 1500)
Carbs: 42.9g (very good! want under 100, under 50 is even better))
Protein: 108g (very good! 75 minimum)
Further:
Hunger level was moderate. Should have had more snacks. Would have been better to have more non-leafy, denser vegetables.
