Today in Food: Tuesday 4/26

Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
3 slices ham (more leftovers!)
1/2 mango sliced
1 thin slice of sourdough

Lunch: skipped for lack of time (that’s bad)

Snack:
1 hard boiled egg
2 slices leftover ham
1 Apple

Dinner: Chicken and Kale
2 large chicken pieces leftovers
3 cups kale broiled
1 hard boiled egg

Snack:
1 mini cupcake
1 scotch

Fitday entry

Number of Fruits and Veggies: 5 — enough, but lower than I should have gotten.
Calories: 1672 – fine… considering I didn’t really have lunch, pretty good
Carbs: 87.1 – ok (under 100) surprised the kale and apple were so high
Protein: 116 -fine

Further notes: No lunch might have been a bad plan, but from a caloric standpoint it turned out ok, and I wasn’t hungry. If I had anything it probably would have been the chef salad from the cafeteria which would have (just barely) kept me under 100carbs.

Tomorrow (Wed) I’m going out to dinner, so I don’t know what that will be, I plan on having a light lunch or just veggies, possibly to make sure I get enough.
