Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon (yay!)
3 oz blueberries

Lunch:
Cafe chef salad (3 cups lettuce, some cherry tomatoes, some cheese, some turkey, some ham)
coffee (another!)
Dinner: Udupi Palace
Chili peppers breaded and fried (yum)
Chana Masala: chickpeas like mad, a big puri, papadum, mostly ignored rice and potato
Calories: 1601 — fine, though high for the week
Carbs: 147. WHAT? Vegetarian Indian food… sigh. And they didn’t even serve naan.
Protein: 78. OK. Should have been higher, but it’s not bad.
Number of vegetables: 5 (low)
Further notes: Today’s dinner was a total anomaly, but we got to eat with friends we hadn’t seen in forever, and that was more a treat than anything else. I’ll treat today as a cheat day and just finish the week out with this as an outlier day. More veggies, fewer carbs, good food!
