1/2 cup grilled vegetables (peppers, onions)
1 hard boiled egg
1 oz tuna
1/4 cup olives
1 oz shredded cheese
Snack: Happy Hour with coworkers
1 beer (Stella Artois)
3 chicken wings
Dinner: Red Robin Cheeseburger (lettuce wrapped) plus salad
hamburger patty
pepper jack cheese
bacon (felt like just one slice)
onion
tomato
2 cups lettuce (some around burger, some on salad)
1 tbsp blue cheese dressing
1 beer (sam adams)
Fruits and Veggies: 11 – WHOA, epic!
Calories: 1815 – high of the week
Carbs: 73.3 – under 100, plenty good
Protein: 105 – fine and dandy
Further notes: Today was definitely a high volume food day to counteract yesterday’s crazy fast day. Still, I didn’t go over 100 carbs, so I’m feeling very good.
