2 hard boiled eggs

1/2 breast of chicken
some bell pepper

Snack:
Walnuts
Beef jerky

Dinner:
onion
bell pepper
cheese
carne asada
jalapeno
beer

Calories: 1763 – Good
Protein: 143 – Whoa, nice. No problem eating extra protein
Carbs: 46.2 – WHOA! Under 50!

Today was good. I really liked what I ate; especially dinner.
