Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon
2 oz blueberries

Lunch: kitchen sink salad
3 cups spinach and arugula
cucumber (about 1/4 of one sliced)
half a bell pepper (mixed red and green)
half jalapeno
1 slice prosciutto
1/2 breast of chicken leftover from Monday night
2 hard boiled eggs
a little cheese

Dinner:
broil catfish fillet
gingered carrot puree

Calories: 1387 good maybe low
Carbs: 46 grams, GREAT
Protein: 124, awesome
