2 hamburger patties

Lunch2: cafe chef salad
1 cup lettuce
some cucumber
some cherry tomatoes
bit of cheese
bit of ham
but of turkey
hard boiled egg
Snack:
beef jerky stick
Dinner: Steak salad
4.5 oz steak
1 cup lettuce
1/2 red bell pepper
beer
Fruits and Veggies: 7 – woohoo
Calories: 1861 – nice
Protein: 122g – good
Carbs: 51g – great!
