1/2 bell pepper
3 oz chicken (leftovers)
1 oz cheese
Dinner: not feeling to good, just did a fruit shake
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup cherries
1 scoop ON Pro Complex protein powder

Felt kinda sick towards end of day here. I don’t want to blame it on having the truck-food, but it may have been just that. In addition, it was super carby. I’ll have to find a way to scrounge just the good parts out of these.
