1/2 cup tomatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
2 oz cheese
2 oz turkey
2 oz ham
Dinner: Steak and coleslaw
2 cups cabbage
2 tbsp bbq sauce
6 oz steak
Snack:
Blueberries
scotch
Fruits and Veggies: 6… OK, but that’s all?
Calories: 1640 – good
Carbs: 47g – Great
Protein: 124g – Excellent
Further notes:
Cafeteria food is kinda meh vs. anything else. Hopefully I can get a proper breakfast and lunch tomorrow.I felt ok with the meals today.
