Lunch: stir fry veggies and chicken from cafe
1/2 cup peppers
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup lettuce
4 oz chicken
Dinner: Jack’s prime burger and salad
1 cup lettuce
bacon crumbles
blue cheese
lettuce wrapping
1/3lb ground beef
poblano pepper
Fruits and Veggies: 10 – epic.
Calories: 1251 – Great
Protein: 101g – Great!
Carbs: 30g – monster!
