Lunch: leftover steak & veggies on salad
1.5 cup spinach
some cucumber
hard boiled egg
4 oz steak
1 cup bell pepper
Dinner: Smoothie
ON Protein powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup peaches
2 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
beer
Fruits and Veggies: 7 – good!
Calories 1227 – low, but not bad
Carbs: 55 – Good!
Protein: 124 – Good!
Further notes:
Maybe a minimum day in terms of calories, but protein was good, and everything tasted good.
