Breakfast:
1 egg fried over easy
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup blueberries
1 oz smoked salmon
1/2 avocado
Lunch: Hunan Taste!
Hot Sour soup
Beef Broccoli
Hunan Smoked Ham
Dinner: Pacific Catch Ryans birthday dinner with family
ahi appetizer
Shrimp on arugula
Chocolate cake
Beer – Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA
Fruits and Veggies: 8 – great
Calories: 1707 – Good enough; my (very arbitrary) goal is 1600, but that might be too restrictive
Carbs: 85 – high for me, but still under 100. Chocolate cake will do that.
Protein: 124 – great. I don’t want to lose muscle. I need to exercise to justify this.
Further notes:
I’ve had an odd number of “special” meals lately which have involved desserty things. I need to have some austerity days to balance this out. I do like the food I eat, and am not feeling guilty about this, I just know this is not the norm.
