1 link Aidell’s sausage
Dinner: MoGoBBQ!
Dirty Dog hotdog wrapped in bacon, no bun
Pork and Shortrib tacos, no tortilla
Some lettuce
Some sauce, mostly sour cream
2 Jalapeno poppers: jalapeno, cheese, bacon
4 oz Echo Falls Cajun smoked salmon
Fruits and Veggies: 10 – Huge
Calories: 1436 – Good
Protein: 89 – a little low
Carbs: 34 – Great!
Further notes:
Another low day until dinner. Need to increase lunch a little so dinner doesn’t get out of hand.
