Breakfast:
1 egg fried over easy
2 oz smoked salmon
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup boysenberries

Lunch:
1/2 chicken breast
3 cups spinach
1 hard boiled egg

Dinner:
6 oz halibut
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup mushrooms
beer

Snacks:
2 oz champagne at work (Welcome to the building)
2 mini cupcakes fro I Love Cupcakes

Calories: 1264 – Good, but maybe don’t need to be that low
Carbs: 59 – OK
Protein: 115 – Great!
