Breakfast:
1 egg fried over easy
1 oz smoked salmon
guacamole
salsa
1/2 cup boysenberries

Lunch: Home Salad
Spinach/lettuce mix – 3 cups
1/2 chicken breast
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp guacamole

Lunch2: Wow truck!
Longanisa
fried egg
(just a little) fried rice

Snack:
bell pepper
guacamole

Dinner: La Vic’s!
3 tacos, discarded tortilla
2 oz carnitas
2 oz al pastor
2 oz carne asada
some lettuce, sour cream, guacamole
