Breakfast:
2 fried over easy eggs
1 strip bacon (running low… rationing)
1/3 of an avocado (Julie got one also, rest went into lunch salad)
some cucumber
blueberries
black coffee
That’s a pretty standard breakfast.
Lunch:
2 cups arugula
1 1/2 strips bacon
1/3 of an avocado
hard boiled egg
Lunch part 2: was invited to dim sum with coworkers.
Note to self. Be surgical with Dim Sum.
Insides of a shrimp dumpling (just the shrimp)
some weird bell pepper and shrimp thing.
some roast duck
some “chinese broccoli” (looked like broccolini?)
Dinner
Chicken Breast seared and baked
broccoli spiced and broiled
Fruits and Veggies: 9+ (yeah!)
