Pretty good food day; definitely heavier than expected because of the leftover steak, but also probably better to break that up over a couple days. Bought 2 pounds of ribeye… probably didn’t need quite that much. Still; made for good tastyness. Dinner was kinda like a cool desserty soup with the pumpkin and coconut. Yummy, but maybe not a meal. Might need to turn it into a smoothie.
Breakfast: Normal-ish meal plus a bunch of steak
2 eggs (hard boiled and cut up)
guacamole
jalapeno
3 oz of steak
cucumber
blueberries
Lunch: 2 parts, salad + leftover spaghetti squash
2 cups arugula
1 slice of bacon
2 hard boiled eggs cut up
1 cup spaghetti squash
1/2 cup marinara sauce
jalapeno
bunch of steak
Dinner: like a smoothie…
pumpkin puree base
cashew butter
raw coconut
10 plus veggie servings? This is why my primal low carb diet is NOT one of those “just eat beef” diets. I eat more veggies than I ever expected, and I like it. Wild.
