Full salad plus sausage

Dinner: Rok Bistro for Gabe’s birthday
Sausage and peppers appetizer
Alligator (!!)
roasted sweet potato
grilled mixed veggies (turnip, zucchini, mushroom, etc)
9+ veggies today
sweet potato was probably too carby, but vitamin rich
Same with coconut water, but not bad otherwise
For the future, alligator is a little fishy and lean. I prefer fattier meat.
