Days like this make me happy.
Breakfast:
2 eggs over easy
2 strips of bacon
1/2 jalapeno
1/2 cup blueberries
Lunch: Salad!
1.5 cups spinach
0.5 cups arugula
3 tbsp guacamole
1 strip of bacon
1 scotch egg (hard boiled egg, 2.5 oz of ground beef)
1/2 tbsp truffle oil (YUM)
Dinner: Burger from Mojos lettuce wrapped!
double classic mojo, no cheese, plus bacon, mopro
2 quarter pound patties
2 strips of bacon
slice of onion
slice of tomato
2 leaves of lettuce
Snack:
hard boiled egg (another, that makes 4!)
8oz (1/2 bottle) coconut water
6+ veggies. Not bad. All numbers good. Protein very good.
