Fast Day!
Always so easy to enter these. I also did a Sledging workout which I haven’t done in forever. I did 15 minutes, and it was harder than I remember, so I should keep it up. Maybe alternating with my bodyweight sprint.
Dinner:
7 oz of Bone-in Ribeye Steak
2 cups kale broiled
1 scotch egg (1/4 pound of beef baked around a hard boiled egg)
1 avocado
1 tbsp truffle oil
coconut water
Carbs and Protein were right on. That’s mostly what I care about. Veggies were a bit low (4; rounding up).
