Go Niners!
Had a big breakfast and we decided to just go for two meals today.
Breakfast: Scramblz
2 eggs over easy
1 link italian sausage
3 strips bacon
1.5 cups of steamed spinach
3 jalapenos
Dinner: Wing Stop + additions
10 Lemon Pepper wings
2 deviled eggs
– hard boiled eggs, yolks mixed with a bunch of spicy brown mustard
celery sticks
Rillettes du porc (Pork Pate!)
coconut water
Maybe a bit low calories, but never felt hungry. Protein and carbs right on. Just 5 veggies is a bit low. Have to make sure tomorrow is ok.
