Breakfast: Normal at home
1 egg over easy
1 egg hard boiled (ran out of raw eggs 🙂 )
1/4 cup cucumber
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 avocado
2 oz linguica
Lunch: Salad + some celery + avocado bacon dip
1 egg hard boiled
1.5 cups spinach
0.5 cup arugula
3 oz sausage (leftovers from yesterday Armadillo Willys)
4 strips celery
2 tbsp homemade avocado bacon dip
Dinner: Wing Stop
7 wings (mostly lemon pepper, some “louisiana rub”)
5 strips celery
Late night hydration with some Coconut Water
All the food was consumed before 7pm as we went to the Edwardian Faire in SF and were up until almost 1. Was feeling pretty dehyrdrated and since I was having no other food, decided to have the whole 16 oz bottle of coconut water. Normally I’d split it to keep the carb load down, but it had been 4+ hours since food with any protein or fat, so I think the effect of carbs would be minimal.
