Friday set this week was faster than Wednesday’s, but surprisingly lower impact. I performed the set in 33 minutes vs. Monday’s 32 and Wednesday’s 36 minutes. My tiredness level was lower than Wednesday (not surprising) but it was definitely lower than Monday which I considered a reasonably high level workout. My HRM numbers confirm this as they came back with an average of 132 and a max of 153 which is significantly lower than Wednesday’s. I probably have to ramp up or otherwise change my routine.
