I’ll try to remember to put the HRM on next time. I was feeling a bit under the weather, but I feel better after the workout. Sledging can be rough. Especially after a round of burpees. Burpees (for those that don’t remember) are high-cardio/high-muscle-drain combinations of a squat thrust, pushup, and a jump in the air. I did a set of 10 before and after the sledging, and I’m going to try those Wednesday and Friday, too.
