A record time set of sledging: Done in 30:35. That’s almost 4 minutes ahead of pace. I started with a descending set of 5 burpees (equaling 15 counts), and that got my heart rate up to 130 to start which is very respectable. My average was 141 and my max was 157 bpm according to my HRM. My average is right on the money, but my max has lessened somewhat, plus the speed of the workout means I should add something to the difficulty. If I can hold this level or better Wed and Fri then I’ll definitely kick it up.
