Hey, I actually did Wednesday’s set on Wednesday. Despite the fact I did one yesterday. Phew. Normal PB&J warmup, 8, 10lb hammers from 10-15 reps. HRM says 145 bpm average, 159 max. Better than it’s been. I think it’s because I did a set yesterday and I’m still tired (and beginning to get sore) but it may also be because I got my warmup heart rate above 160. I’m not sure when I’ll get workout #3 in this week as I’m traveling Friday. I’m not sure if I want to bring the hammers. I need a better travel setup. Hmmmm.
