Made it. Three times this week. And I amped the difficulty up a little. I did the normal warmup of PB&J then did the normal set of 6 intervals ascending from 10-15 reps alternating between 8lb and 10lb hammers, but I also added a small interval of 5 burpees after every hammer interval to keep my heart rate up. I completed in 33:14 which is a little slow but of course I added in 30 burpees inbetween sets. HRM says my average was 141 bpm with a max of 157 which is similar to the last workout. I’m going to try this for a couple weeks and see if anything changes.
