Made it through another week of workouts. Normal PB&J warmup with kettlebell swings then 10-15 ascending set with 8&10lb hammers and the 5-burpee set after every interval. HRM says I finished in a slowing 32:18 with an average of 146bpm and a max of 163. Not a bad set at all, though could be a little faster. Like Wednesday I was paying attention to form and that kept the level up.
