New Batch of Scotch Ale (in two weeks)

Bottled a batch of scotch ale today. 49 bottles: 45 12oz and 4 20something oz bottles. Scotch ale is a pale ale where the malt is peat-smoked which lends a burnt-ish taste reminiscent of Scotch whisky. I’m carbonating in bottle so after about two weeks it should be ready to taste.
