W stands for Wednesday and Whoa. Normal warmup and workout (hey, 2 more W’s) and HRM says I finished in 29:28 (pretty fast compared to recently) and average of 152bpm and max of 171. No dips into zone 2 which means I was above 131 bpm the whole time — my minimum looks like 134. The entire of the last interval was in zone 4 (above 151 for the last 5:30 of the workout. In fact, because my average was above 151, I averaged the whole workout in Zone 4 almost exactly. The Zone 5 (redline) breakpoint is 170, so I’m in the right place. Go Sledging!
