2010’s in a good place. Two weeks of 3x a week sledging over. Normal warmup and workout. HRM says workout was a very fast 28:18 with an average of 150bpm and a max of 168. Not quite as high as Wednesday’s workout, but similarly I was never below zone 3 (133bpm) for the whole workout. Still working on a good recovery cardio plan, but I should have more on that next week.
