Got through the Monday workout well enough. I lost a tiny bit of weight this week (0.4lbs), and the big number is I went down 1.2% fat percentage. Pretty happy, just have to keep it up. Normal warmup and workout, no change this week. HRM says workout was a good 29:33 and average of 149bpm and max of 166. I didn’t go below 133 bpm, so everything was in zones 3 and 4 with a pretty good pace. I slowed down a little bit towards the end, but overall it was a good set. Time to close out the month.
