Presidentially sledging through the workout today. Normal warmup and workout. HRM says I did it in 29:31 with an average of 147bpm and a max of 167. Not bad though a touch slower heartrate. My minimum was about 129 bpm so I did dip into zone 2 briefly but mostly in zone 3 and 4 as usual. Nothing to worry about unless it continues to slip over the week.
In the weight department, I was down 1.1 pounds and down a tiny bit in the fat %. This is despite a fairly indulgent weekend foodwise, so I have to keep on it.
