Another late workout, but this one was nice and successful. Normal warmup and workout in a slowish 31:25. HRM says I did 149bpm average and 167 max. Not bad, but it could have been a little better. A little better form would have helped the workout get back on track.
This week’s weight numbers yesterday were okayish. Weight was up 0.1 to 169.6lbs and fat % up 0.2 to 30.2%. I feel like anything less than one pound’s change is within the margin of normal body fluctuation… except in the last three week’s, that’s about where I’ve been. I still have to work harder.
