Monday Sledging!

Another week started off with a workout. HRM says I finished in 28:57 and averaged 144bpm and maxed at 161. Almost the entire workout is in zone 3, so it adds to the suspicion I’m becoming used to this level of exertion. I’m going to work it through Wednesday and if numbers are this flat again I’ll change it up on Friday.

The weigh in today was very very strange. I came up as 174.7 (up almost 5 pounds from last week) and 31.3% body fat, up a whole percent. That was before breakfast. After breakfast, workout, and a shower, I re-weighed and came up as 168.7… so a pound down, but 6 pounds off the morning? I wonder if I need a new scale. Could that really all be water weight, and could I really have lost all of that from the workout?
