Breakfast:
2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon
mix of blueberries and raspberries
thin slice of sourdough
FASTING — mostly by accident. I skipped lunch on purpose, but then dinner got skipped too because work blew up in my face a little.
Snack before sleep:
2 hard boiled eggs
some beef jerky
some nuts
pickles
Calories: 1096 – not bad considering I had just one meal
Carbs: 56.9 – also not bad, mixed nuts were more carbs that expected
Protein: 53 – OK. Little low, but I skipped a meal.
